We dont know his ms ability, he has shadow clones(according to manga), jutsus from all five elements(pretty much every adult that was alive after senju-uchiha war had all five, but madara is one of the few that mastered them all), every single uchiha hidden jutsu, and that is IF HE IS ALIVE. This is the dude who fought him for 24 hours multiple times, and scared the shit out of mu(who taught ohnoki, and thus is stronger than him as stated by ohnoki himself) and was playing around during the fight with the kage and still pretty much killed them. Madara still has shadow clones which can go susanoo if they wish(if naruto can use kcm avatar with clones, then madara can use susanoo with them, since kcm avatar and susanoo are equal in strength). Madara still has whatever two ms abilities he has, which was never confirmed what they were(altho, only he could tell clones apart in ems, no other uchiha has done so, and he used tengai shinsei with ems active, he did use something like tsukuyomi while hooked up to gedo mazo, and hashirama as well as tobirama are familiar with kagutsuchi and amaterasu, so that means either madara has them, or his brother did(amaterasu/kagutsuchi).
